I’m thrilled to share that my essay "My Artificial Chaplains" was named one of The Christian Century's ten most-read articles of 2025!
I wrote it while recovering from a hiking accident, during which I passed the time by testing the chops of various AI spiritual counselors. It's one of the funnest pieces I've ever written, and it’s equally as serious. I’m grateful it resonated with so many readers, and hope you enjoy it as well!
